Art Naturals Setting Spray Review
Two months ago, Gerard Cosmetics Slay All Day setting spray was my ride or die product, I used it every single time I had a full face and it replaced NYX’s Dewy Setting Spray as my favourite Setting Spray of all time. I was on Amazon last month and to finally get the Sacha Buttercup powder (this doesn’t even need a review, it’s the most amazing powder I’ve used), and the ArtNaturals Setting Spray it came up under recommended items and I don’t know if it was the pink bottle that made me get it but it was one of the best choices!
ArtNaturals is a company that believes that beauty treatments should come from nature, all of their products are BPA-free, cruelty free and eco-friendly. Their mission is to fuse beauty and nature and to harvest affordable, eco-friendly and health conscious products for skin and hair! It contains: Pomegranate and sage extracts plus aloe Vera which soothes, hydrates and protects skin, the zinc, copper and magnesium extracts stimulate and protect skin cells and all ingredients meet art naturals' 100 percent natural standards. So the setting spray claims to be an essential final step in setting making and will keep for all-day or all-night perfection. It prevents cracking, fading, and melting of makeup, mascara, eyeshadow, brow liner, and blush.
I would definitely say that this setting spray is for dry skin, it feels quite wet on the skin but not so wet that you feel like you’re drowning until it dries. It honestly felt like it was melting my makeup into my face, I didn’t feel the need to spray it again during the day and it worked so well with my Fenty Beauty highlights! It also didn’t hurt that I got it for £6.99, it looks really high end without the huge price tag! The bottle itself is so pretty and bubbles with translucent bits which made it a dream to photograph. I’m really glad I picked up this spray before the winter has my skin gets extremely dry and the weather has been terrible recently but my makeup has always looked fab (if I do say so myself) because of this spray.
I used this setting spray every single day for around a month and it did everything it said on the box, I was seriously impressed. Every time I test a setting spray, there’s usually a small thing I dislike about it, for example, I thought the NYX setting spray was way too small, I felt like I had to buy a new one every other week and with the Slay All Day sprays, if you accidentally got the wrong scent, you could be put off for life as they were soooo strong! With this setting spray, I honestly cannot find anything negative to say about it!
