First Impressions: 3INA
It has been a while since I’ve bought makeup from a brand I’ve never heard of, but I had to buy some things from a brand called 3INA. 3INA (pronounced Mina) is a European makeup brand which launched in 2016, they’re described as being ‘all about disruptive beauty and most importantly inclusive spirit. Their vision being a positive one – challenging the one-size-fits-all definition of beauty.’
I was looking through Selfridges for a micro-brow pencil from NYX (which is amazing for eyebrows, you should use it if you’re not already), and a beautiful shade of blush caught my eye. I haven’t worn blush since my first year of uni just because I haven’t really worn a full face of makeup in a while and I haven’t really found a shade of blush that I’ve really liked but this one was so pretty! I kind of got a bit carried away because I ended up with a mascara and eyeliner as well:

I bought The Lengthening Mascara which is described as a nourishing mascara that visibly adds length and bold volume to eyelashes. I also got their pen eyeliner, which I don’t feel too guilty about buying as I recently lost my eyeliner pen but my favourite purchase is definitely The Blush! On the website, the description is: ‘sweep this illuminating mineral blush over the cheeks with The Blush Brush for an instant natural glow. Tiny light-reflective particles ensure skin looks fresher, while a cashmere-soft texture makes blending easy.’
I am so happy I got this blush because it is perfect! I got the shade ‘ ‘ and it is so pretty, I want to wear it everyday, it blends really nicely with the rest of my makeup and looks so natural but it can be built up. The eyeliner is easy enough to use and is so pigmented, it is probably the blackest eyeliner I’ve used! I haven’t tried out the mascara yet but I bought it as I really liked the shape of the wand and thought it would be perfect for bottom lashes as well as the top ones. I had such a good time picking out these products all because of Anna, she was the sales assistant there and was so friendly and gave me advice on how to use the products and which ones she liked.
The brand is very affordable, I can’t remember exactly how much everything was but I know that I was able to buy all three items for under £25 so I would definitely buy from them again. Another positive is all 3 items I bought are vegan and cruelty free, I don’t know if all items from the brand are as they haven’t made it clear on their website but while browsing through some product I suspect that everything is!
I would recommend checking this brand out and I would love to visit their flagship store in Covent Garden as their foundation looks amazing and I’ve heard the store is awesome!
