The Blogger Hangout - Fun, freebies & food

Last week, we were kindly invited to attend the Blogger Hangout event at the Strand Gallery where we had the opportunity to network with other bloggers and brands whilst enjoying some treats and amazing freebies! We were lucky to speak to 7 of the brands there and also pitch a story to Blogosphere Magazine:

Pink Parcel

The first brand we spoke to were Pink Parcel, who are a monthly subscription based service who send all the essentials for that time of the month. The box includes tea which helps to soothe when on your period, tampons and pads, sweets and even makeup. Subscribing for the box is incredibly easy, you just pick what brand you want, choose what dates you'll need the box and get ready to receive your box and all its goodies!

Alfred & Wilde

Alfred & Wilde is an East-London design studio that uses bold graphics to create and produce everything from art prints, to homeware and stationary. We were shown beautiful gold jewellery and mugs that were showcased at the hangout and were informed that their products were especially popular in the Christmas time where mugs with red graphics were in demand in department stores like John Lewis.

Regenerate

Probably one of the brands we were most excited to speak to. The lady representing the brand informed us the brand worked with dentists to create a toothpaste and boosting serum that could regenerate enamel, the outer coating of the teeth, and even reverse enamal erosion all while whiting the teeth as well. We were blown away by the brand's generosity as we each receieved a bag containing the toothpaste and the boosting serum pack which included a mouth guard which was to be used with the activation gel and boosting serum consecutively over 3 days every month. Really excited to continue using this product and updating you guys with the results.

Sass & Belle

One of the brands we were most excited to speak to were Sass & Belle as we had already seen and loved some of their products. Sass & Belle are a gift and homeware brand, who's promise is to provide lovable, trend-led and affordable home decor with a quirky twist. We each also loved the freebies we were given which included, a notebook, a glass, a shopping bag and nail file. Definitely a store we would recommend to our readers!

The Primal Pantry

We loved how passionate the ladies representing The Primal Pantry were as they showed us the samples of their bars and explained how the brand was created to produce healthy snacks with easy to understand ingredients, free from preservatives and additives, we received a box of five bars of various flavours, and were pleased to know that each bar was as delicious as each other.

Cocktail Mania

Even though the Hangout was really fun, it did get hot really quickly so we were grateful to have amazing cocktail slushies on hand to keep us cool. They have a store in Old Kent Road and even host cocktail making workshops so we would love to visit soon.

We definitely enjoyed our first Blogger Hangout events and we look forward to many more! Continue below for more photos from the day!
