New promo pictures have been released for the upcoming fourth season of Orange Is The New Black.
Season 3 ended with the ladies escaping Litchfield, Sophia being tortured by other inmates, and Pennsatucky was left dealing with a vicious sexual assault. The promo shots show some new characters and looks like this may be the most emotional season of OITNB yet:
