“I started out being online very young. I was like 8 or 9

and I had a MySpace page.”

We’d like to ask you some questions about your fondness of Kylie Jenner.

Where did it all begin?

Answer: It all began when Kylie started to make KEEKs, that's when I really started getting into Kylie. Me & my friends would watch her KEEKs all the time and they would just make us laugh. But me and Kylie's relationship didn't start until about 2014.

When did you make your online appearance and what kind of feedback have you gotten for it?

Answer: I started out being online very young. I was like 8 or 9. I had a MySpace page. I have a older brother who does YouTube videos so I remember always being into social media. I've gotten a lot of positive and negative feedback. More positive of course.

In his latest move, Johnny had received a lot of backlash for his tattoo of the star over social media – in particular Instagram. As it stands, the 18 year old has two tattoos associated with the socialite – one on his wrist in the appearance of a ‘K’ and crown – the other, and most recent, a Kylie Jenner lip tattoo – taken from her cosmetics line which had launched last November.

“I got a lot of negative reactions from it (tattoo), a lot of people say that the artist did a sh*tty job”.

We've noticed that you recently got a tattoo resembling the Kylie Lip Kit logo as well as a 'king Kylie' symbol of a crown under a 'k' initial.

What made you decide to get it? What kind of reactions did you get? i.e. were your family supportive?

Answer: I always knew I was going to get some kind of tattoo someday, and then when Kylie was in New York I saw her give BangBang a crown with a k under it. As soon as I saw the lip kit logo I knew I wanted to get it tattooed, It was just like “OMG which shade do I get?” So I decided to get it in red, cause I knew Kylie would come out with a red lip kit logo. ;) I got a lot of negative reactions from it, alot of people say that the artist did a shitty job, when I honestly think that he did an amazing job, people just like to hate on it because their jealous. I don't let the hate get to me. My family on the other hand is very supportive of me, if I’m happy, they're happy.

His quirky, fun attitude lends itself to a potential YouTube career – with already three videos surfacing online and 13k followers. The videos are of course, in all its glory; center his most favourite celebrity, Kylie Jenner.

The most viewed video titled, “‪KYLIE JENNER SENT ME A GIFT!!” Currently standing at 55, 939 views which shows the fan talking about a package that was personally sent to him by the 18 year old celebrity – a Direct Message on Twitter asking for his address and within four days, a package had arrived from the star.

“I go and put some shorts on, run downstairs and get the package – I’m like OMG”.

Some of the sent merchandise included Kylie Jenner’s half-brother Rob Kardashian’s sock line Arthur George as well as a t shirt print, “Kylie’s my fave”.

Johnny Cyrus talks about how Kylie has inspired him to keep doing what he loves and hopes the video will send out a good image of the star – despite her mishaps in the media.

As for Instagram, you have over 33k followers (well done!) Has the support given your more opportunities to get in contact with Kylie and how are you using social media to do so?

Are there any negatives to having a strong online following?

Answer: Thank you! I would say that I don't think it gives me more opportunities to get in contact with Kylie cause me and her used to contact before I had the 33K followers. I mainly talk to Kylie over Instagram DM. She is too cute and makes me smile every time, I don’t share to everyone when she messages me but if i feel like i need to share it then I do. :) They're some negatives to having a strong online following but more positive, I have endless support from many people online and it's truly amazing. When people start commenting negative stuff my supporters shut them down so fast they cant even finish.

With his large online following, Johnny Cyrus casually gets to communicate with the Star through social media – private messages and personal DM’s (direct messages) and hopes to finally meet Kylie in the near future.

Side note: We’d like to take the time to personally thank Johnny for being apart of this interview and wish him the best of luck.
