The new supermarket store aims to provide ready-to-eat Halal meat and will also deliver a variety in Shazan products, largely catered for the Muslim community.
Rukshana Akthar, 21 of Mile End Road, Tower Hamlets says the convenience of having a ‘local’ ASDA means no more trips to the Isle of Dogs superstore.
She added, “Its refreshing to see an ASDA chain here in Stepney Green, good competition amongst other large food stores like Tesco.”
ASDA Stepney Green says it will make customers’ shopping experience ‘simple’ with fresh fruit and veg, fish, meat and poultry as well as hot food to go, daily, ready for purchase.
