Harry Potter and the Cursed Child main cast are announced

Twitter blew up this morning when the lead cast announcement for the play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child revealed that Noma Dumezweni, a black actress was to play Hermione Granger.
Dumezweni will star alongside Jamie Parker as Harry and Paul Thornley as Ron in the highly anticipated play by author J. K. Rowling.
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is an upcoming two-part West End stage play, written by Jack Thorne and based on a story by author J. K. Rowling, Thorne and director John Tiffany. The play is set nineteen years after Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and follows Harry Potter, now a Ministry of Magic employee, and his youngest son Albus Severus Potter.
Fans showed their excited all over social media with one even getting a response from J.K. Rowling herself about her opinion on the casting.

The play is scheduled to open in July 2016 at the Palace Theatre in London, with previews beginning on 7 June.
